Standard Shipping 2–5 Business Days $6.95 or FREE on orders $150+
Express Shipping 2–3 Business Days Pricing available upon request
Expedited Shipping 1–2 Business Days Pricing available upon request

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 11 AM CST are typically shipped the same business day
  • Orders placed after 11 AM CST on Friday will ship the next business day (usually Monday)
  • Processing times may be delayed during holidays or high-volume sales periods

Shipping Details

  • The 2–5 business day delivery window applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states, including:
    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
  • Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email will allow you to monitor your package as it moves through the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact your local post office first
  2. If the issue is unresolved, email us at wabisabibysk@gmail.com

We will:

  • Assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier
  • Provide tracking details needed to file a claim with USPS

Note:

  • A police report may be required before a replacement is issued
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered
  • Packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense
